Salam Ramadhan. It's 25th Ramadhan today and Syawal is end of this week. As we are still in Circuit Breaker period, which is until 1 Jun'20 instead of 4 May'20 there's no Hari Raya celebration for all muslims in Singapore. That includes the takbir in masjid or Solat Hari Raya.

As much as it's sad thing that happening around us, I believe there's blessings in disguise. Of course, we wouldn't want 2nd wave of pandemic cluster happening in a day or 2 because of everyone gathers in the elderly house for Hari Raya Reunion.

In fact, this year Raya is still Stay At Home, yet again for us. If you remembered, last year we're unable to celebrate Raya too as the boys were down with Chicken Pox & this year it's CB. Apart of me is glad, apart of me is missing everyone in the family. We have not met for almost a month to two now and I hope everyone is healthy and safe at home.

Basically, this year we save a lot on kueh raya and probably petrol, oh! & also save those excess calories that we might eat on the 1st day of Ramadhan at each houses. Well, actually I bought cookies from Fluffbakery, those salted sea salt choco chips cookies, my all time favourite cookies from them. Apart from that I make some s'mores and salted egg cornflakes. MIL bought us a bottle of nutella tarts and also Hana surprise us with nutella tarts too. So yeah, that settle my kueh Raya for this year. To be consume only for the people in the house.

Even if the CB is lifted, I am closing doors for visiting. Yes, I know kan rezeki orang datang rumah kita, however due to pandemic and everyone is sensitive about it and hygiene is no. 1 although I know that visitors would be considerate to wash hand and use hand sanitizer but that again, with all the hugs and kisses, I give it a past. If you missed us, please video call us. I would be glad to pick up the call.

Also, we are so used to staying at home now and that our house is always in a mess during the day and we're in t-shirts and PJ pants at home, I wouldn't want to rush and change and open the doors looking all so unpleasant Masai, if you know what I mean.

Apart from that, I will have to avoid people who kept asking me that I look fat or am I pregnant with no.3 cause my tummy fats so big. Oh! Bodyshaming! still happening, at this era, this 2020. pfft

Yes lah. I am fat la. Im not aging well, I am trying and I don't think I need to tell you what I eat. I don't eat a lot also my body like this. It's all in the genes and when I am motivated enough to lose weight also does it even matters to you. so, just zip it.

People can be super inconsiderate of other people's feeling.

Oh well! Above all, I guess my generations are probably the most gladly ones that we are able to escape all these for this year Raya.

Until then, do take care and forgive me if I have hurt anyone or anyone who disagree with me, but that's what I feel and it's my blog, it's my right to pen down my thoughts.

See you in Syawal. in Sha Allah.
