PART 2 Entry Of Wedding
Exactly 6 months ago, I GOT MARRIED!
YES! I got married last 6 months at the age at 23. Alhamdulillah, ALL PRAISES GOES TO ALLAH. I am loving every single day as a wife now and yes! Getting married is all about staying together, live together, work together, irritate each other and staying strong together.
From time to time, whereby people keep shooting with like a bullet train question of having a complete family and my reply was In Sha Allah. All good things comes from HIM. Though at times, it's pretty much pressuring for me and it affected a little of my health and the hormones goes haywire.
after patience, a beautiful thing awaits.
I believe in that - PATIENCE. I believe in ALLAH. I believe in REZEKI comes from HIM.
Apart from that, I've been having reminiscing the scenes of my wedding. From the part of wrong measurement wedding dias tentage & original photography got into an accident due to his cycling. This comes the part where there is no such thing as PERFECTO WEDDING. Well, 80% on average agree with me.
ON top of all that, I am so glad I have people behind me helping out to solve these issues as to not make me feeling the wedding jitters stress.
Speaking of wedding jitters, tell me about it. I FELT NOTHING. Nervous, a little, especially the Akad Nikah part.
Questions were asked a few hours before my akad nikah.
My mum went "Ca! tak da perasan wedding jitters ke"
My cousins goes "CA! Da rasa wedding jitters belum?"
Hana asked "HOW?! Can you feel the wedding jitters already"
The night before my Nikah, all I couldn't sleep. Not that I was nervous, but I have relatives/friends coming over, the cousins decorating my room, I'm wearing my henna and watch Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and cry all by myself in my room at 2am.
As soon as I managed to get myself some sleep, it was already 6am, which I received the called the best-friend who got married A WEEK before me from her honeymoon - that woke me up. Sweet & appreciate it so much.
Believe it or not, all these reminiscence came while I was done with prayers, stress at work, and even in the bathroom. Funny as it might seem.
Another part of it would be the part where I'm getting all make-up done by my Mak Andam, Kak Rita & Kak Wati from RATU WEDDINGS. Kak Rita, I know this come 6 months later but I can't help it but to write it out in an entry here after so long. I've been trying to find the time to do this. Alright, Back to the topic.
This part I gotta say, my Mak Andam is one of the MOST COOLEST Mak Andam I've ever known. From cousins wedding to friends wedding, 98% of the Mak Andam will locked the door and will not entertain anyone who came knocking at the door, but she is different.
Apart from all the knocking and people coming in and out of the room, watching me , getting ready - especially that small little girl in blue Shasha who came in and out of the room acting all cute and kachiong for no reason. My Mak Andam is cool with it and came out with an AWESOME piece of work.
Tell me about it - I have a face breakout on my wedding. Not that I used different facial products but the face just had to have its breakout on my big day but Kak Rita & Kak Wati do their wonders.
Here comes my appreciation. KAK RITA & KAK WATI, Thank You so much for the time and effort and everything to make me look gorgeous on my big day and hold my hands whenever I try to make the walk.
Oh oh! These image below is the most funny part. Kak Rita goes "eh eh! Handsome nya suami awak" right after she covers my face with that fan.
Leaving me with the feeling "NOT FAIR! I also want to see" HAHA
Thank You So Much to RATU WEDDING TEAM, not forgetting Abg Shukor & Partner for being there for my husband and keep all the event in order according to the schedule.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH from the bottom of our hearts.
Next, is AMIGAS & SAYANG GFs for the amazing GUESTBOOK & PROPS! Special thanks to Amalina & parents for the effort of creating the props overnight, especially when it is done a day before my wedding. I'm am truly honored and appreciate the hard work Mr & Mrs Faiz and of course their Daughter Nur Amalina Faiz :D
& my bridesmaid SYIRIN! my C I L I N! Though I have said this, I am saying this again! THANK YOU for being there, adjusting my make-up, my dress for my photoshoot in your baju kurung. Carrying what ever things on your hand and giving me the Ape Face when applying make-up on me. THANK YOU SYIRIN!
& also the husband Best Man, Muz, Thank You for driving us to and fro our venue for photoshoot. Making sure the rain has stop before we came out of the car, preparing those umbrellas for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Next, my WEDDING CAKE DESIGNER/MAKER - TURHANA ZAD!
She is my cousin girlfriend by the way - that's how I knew her.
Firstly, she do not run any business cake, and I bet this is her FIRST time baking/making a wedding cake! A couple of months before my wedding, I met up with her and showed her the photo of a wedding cake which I came upon tumblr and I TOTALLY LOVE IT.
I requested for 80% of the cake is made up of STRAWBERRIES and my budget is below $250. Some may go, WHAT?! WEDDING CAKE BELOW $250 - where got such thing right! Those with icing and designs all starts from $500 and above and yours is like $250?! CRAZY!
YES! CRAZY I KNOW! I put my trust to Hana and I don't mind if it doesn't look exactly like the picture shown above. I advised her to get a NORMAL ROUND Cake at either Prima Deli, Awfully Chocolate or Royal Cake to be put on top of the Cake Tiers but she die die assured me that she want to bake the cake all by herself.
I, on the other hand, felt so guilty coz she's doing all that by herself. Especially the experiment part to the chocolate coated strawberries to make sure it can stay in a room temperature for like 8 hours and not melt.
Thanks to my AKASHI Babes, Shasha/Almas/Sarah and whoever is not mention below, Thank You for helping Hana decorating & arranging the strawberries so nicely.
& of course, AYUN for traveling to and fro with Hana with the equipment and everything.
