The past few weeks were mainly more of my work. But, let's not rant about work here. I ain't gonna turn this blog about all the complaints I had about work. I mean, who have not right?
I wanna share a few things here. I've been attending religious knowledge lectures by Shaykh & Professor from the US. It was a good one, trust me. As a matter of fact, the knowledge that I learn was more to basic but I ask myself sometimes in lives, these basics things were the ones that we didn't practice and ignore.
Thus, the talk by Shaykh Ahmad Saad on the topic Etiquette Before Knowledge made me realize that we need to have basics etiquette in whatever we do.
"Shaykh Ahmad Saad was very inspiring. He spoke fluently and simply, that made the messages hit home more than once. I found myself tearing at several points of the talk."
I'll share a few points that I've learn form the talk by Shaykh Ahmad Saad. The islamic tradition teaches us that both students of sacred knowledge and their teachers have lofty principles & refined codes of conduct that must be adhered to in order to ensure that they can truly achieve virtue through their knowledge that ALLAH S.W.T opens up for them (futhu) the full extend of wisdom and perception.
SPOT ME! :D
I would like to thank SIMPLYISLAM.SG for giving me the oppurtunity to attend this lecture and I am truly blessed to attend suchs events. Thank You once again SimplyIslam. I'll be looking forward to more of such events in future, InsyaAllah.
