MALAYSIA CROSS ROAD TRIP

I guess its not too late to wish my Chinese friends a very Happy New Year. Have a prosperous one people.

It's been a week since I just ended my vacation. It was the most AWESOME time spent in KL. Managed to shop, lots of photo-taking (for memories), Genting Highlands, Cold temperature - what more could I asked for.

So how's your long weekends? I hope you guys had an awesome weekend and of course, have a good rest during the holidays.

Thank You so much Uncle Isa & family and friends for the warmth hospitality and bring us out and treats us to almost everything. The best holiday ever before I'm marry. Here it goes.

20 Jan 2012 - Friday; the day before we left for our holiday. Datelines at work kinda spoilt my mood. I thought that I could chill that day but yeah, work is work. Nevertheless, left work slightly later than I expected. Drove up to JB that night and apparently we lost our way somewhere near Taman Austin, where Uncle Isa fetch us.

Yes! I gotta admit. Orang Singapore aneh sedikit. We went WOAH upon seeing Uncle terrace house and 2 BMW cars. We didn't get a chance to see these luxury things in Singapore cause we can't possibly afford it. I was just impressed and captivated with the beautiful, awesome house. I felt in love with it. REALLY!

The next following days were road trip to KL, Genting, Shah Alam, Selangor, Melaka, Muar and back to JB. Driving long hours and felt asleep most of the time in the car made me feel so guilty, leaving Illi alone driving when she was not feeling well. Poor Illi. Hope you are feeling better now darling :D

Managed to take a photo near KL Twin Tower. Bumped into Hangul tourist and woah! I was impressed with myself that I conversed simple language with them when Wafiy went, "bahasa apa sey tu"

I shall now present some photo I had during my trip. I guess photo explain more on how fun I had during my trip.

Our Breakfast before making our way for a long 4hours of driving.

The view from my hotel room. GORGOEUS CITY

Our Virgin Trip to Genting Highland Theme Park. Thank Uncle Isa for the treats to the Theme Park. May Allah bles you and family. Amin.

We truly had a great time taking those rides despite the heavy downpour. Returned back to KL to rest for awhile before making our move out for some CRAZY SHOPPING @ Downtown (if im not mistaken, that's the name of the place)

WE HAD SUBWAY!! For the 1st time ever! and GOSH, it was finger-licking.
We ended that night with someone who vomit (LOL) and time check: almost 3am! We slept like a log and we STILL managed to swim at the swimming in the hotel for a solid 15mins. (tak pernah swimming for 15mins)

Breakfast at 9am. Check-out hotel at 10.30am. Bid good-byes to the boys.

THANK YOU BOYS was the oh-so-awesome time spent bring us out to tourist interest places late at night. That's very kind of you. I hope you guys didn't lost your sleep because of us.

The last day was to Melaka-Muar-JB-SIngapore. We visited Uncle's mother-in-law kampong. Love the scenery and the feeling of living in the kampong house. It was BIG and it's been there since 1920s.

We had lemang & rendang, Ubi & sambal goreng. Thanks to my ulcer, I didn't managed to enjoy the food that much although its was delicious.

Ayah used to be Uncle's best man during Uncle wedding.

although its my 1st time seeing nenek, I feel so attracted to her. Till me meet again :D

Moved out to JB right after that. I fell asleep in the car.

And that night before we go home, all of us requested Illi to play us the Piano. Illi - the PIANIST! I so LOVE YOU for playing me Resistance. I'm so addicted to that. Nabil was so captivated by you playing the piano. It was PERFECT tuning. What more can you expected from the Piano teacher :D

Finally, we bid goodbyes to Uncle and family. Thank you so much for the hospitality and time to attend to our needs and make us comfortable most of the time.

& I L L I ! I shall master the Resistance Piano Riff (if only I have the access to Piano :D)

I leave you all with the piano piece of RESISTANCE - Muse by Illi Diyana.

Until we meet again guys. LOTS OF LOVE, from SINGAPORE people.
